Brook Reinhard is a trial lawyer born in Eugene and raising his family in Springfield. A graduate of Springfield High School, the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Willamette University College of Law, Brook began his criminal law career before even passing the bar, and prosecuted cases for the Polk County District Attorney’s office, taking eight to trial as a full-time student. After law school, he began serving the people of Douglas County at Umpqua Valley Public Defender, where he tried more than 65 jury trials, winning cases from DUII and animal neglect to domestic violence, drug delivery and serious Measure 11 assault charges, and achieving reversals on other trials with successful referrals for appeal. He then moved back home, taking the reigns of Public Defender Services of Lane County, where he expanded the office and helped make statewide reforms, while continuing to defend clients on charges such as vehicular manslaughter and murder.

Brook founded Reinhard Law to share his experience with people throughout Oregon who need help against government overreach. He is active in the local and statewide legal system, teaches plea bargaining at the University of Oregon School of Law and Willamette University College of Law, and is the vice president of Willamalane Parks and Recreation District, an volunteer for Scout Troop 60 in Santa Clara, and a member of University Fellowship Church in Eugene.
