In Oregon, every person has the protection of our state’s laws and the Oregon and Federal constitutions. But it is far too easy for the State to prosecute its citizens and take away their freedoms. If you’re facing criminal charges or other restrictions on your rights, you need an experienced lawyer like Brook Reinhard to protect your liberty.

About Reinhard Law

In the law, timing can be everything. For instance, DUII cases have a critical 10-day window from arrest to requesting a hearing. People cited for criminal cases may be able to have a lawyer work with a prosecutor *before* a court date and negotiate what is charged (or if charges are filed at all). With restraining order cases, a respondent MUST request a hearing within 30 days or the order becomes permanent for two years. For all these reasons, if you’re considering getting a lawyer, sooner is always better.

Based in Eugene, Reinhard Law accepts client cases throughout Lane County and beyond, serving Western, Central and Southern Oregon. We presently represent clients in Lane, Douglas, Coos, Jackson, Linn, Benton, Deschutes and Multnomah Circuit Courts, and also make regular appearances in Eugene, Springfield and other local municipal courts. We also have argued before the Oregon Supreme Court. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Most cases are billed on an hourly basis, but in certain cases a flat fee is possible. We are not currently taking state-appointed cases, but if you already qualify for a public defender, that can help defray certain fees such as investigators and expert witness costs.
